Terms of service
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms govern use of the Civil HOD website and application (“the Service”). By creating a company account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your company.
Accounts and seats
- A company account is created by us after a demo or sign-up and is identified by a Company ID.
- A seat is one active user. Your plan sets a seat limit; deactivating a user frees the seat.
- You are responsible for who you add, the roles you give them, and keeping credentials private.
- Company Admins may request extra seats; changes take effect when confirmed by us.
Fees
- Pricing is per seat per month, billed yearly unless agreed otherwise, excluding GST.
- A 30-day trial is included. After expiry the account becomes read-only until payment is received.
- Unpaid accounts may be suspended after a grace period; data is retained as described in the privacy policy.
Your data
Everything your team enters belongs to your company. We may process it only to provide the Service, to provide support you ask for, and to keep the Service secure. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to access another company’s data or to bypass security controls.
- No uploading of unlawful content or malware.
- No reselling or sublicensing the Service.
Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available continuously, with planned maintenance announced in advance. Support is provided by email and phone on working days. The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee it is error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profit or data entered incorrectly by users.
Termination
Either party may end the subscription at the end of the paid term. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, after notice where practical. On termination you may export your data for 90 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
