Need more seats on a plan? Your Company Admin can request them from the Team page at any time.

What is a seat?: A seat is one person who can log in. Deactivate a user and the seat is freed for someone else. Viewers (a client or your CA) count as seats too.
Can I add seats later?: Yes. Your Company Admin can request extra seats from the Team page; we activate them the same day. Payment is by bank transfer or UPI for now.
Is my data separate from other companies?: Every company has its own Company ID and every record is isolated at the database level. No company can read another company’s data, even by mistake.
Which modules are live today?: Company & Team is live. Projects, DPR, BOQ/RA bills, Purchase, Labour and Accounts are being released one by one — see the roadmap on the Features page.
Do you offer on-premise?: Not yet. Civil HOD is hosted in India and backed up nightly. Ask us if you need a specific hosting arrangement.
